These terms govern your use of mamaxo.ai. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. Provider: mamaXO, registered company mamaXO S.A., GEMH: 178428301000, Mezonos 37, Athens, 10438, Greece.

1. What mamaXO is

mamaXO is a long-term rental platform and property-management service in Athens: tenants can find and apply for verified homes; owners can list properties and order management services (tenant sourcing, lease handling, rent collection, maintenance coordination).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

3. Listings & content

Owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. By uploading content you grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in marketing of the specific listing. We may remove content that is unlawful or misleading.

4. Leases & management services

Tenancy agreements are concluded between the owner and the tenant. Management services (including fees such as the Autopilot and Co-Pilot plans) are governed by a separate management agreement signed with the owner; in case of conflict that agreement prevails.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, misuse of other users’ data, circumvention of the platform to avoid fees, fraudulent listings or discriminatory practices.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability towards a user is limited to the fees that user paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law.

7. Governing law

Greek law applies. Courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
