Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the agreed percentage on collected rent — nothing else. Repair costs are approved by you in advance, at cost.
When do I pay?
Only when rent is actually collected. No rent, no fee — our incentive is the same as yours.
What does the percentage include?
Everything listed in your plan: tenant search, contracts, collection — and on Hands-Off also maintenance coordination, inspections and arrears handling.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. You can end the management agreement with 30 days' notice, without penalties.
How do I choose the right plan?
If you live nearby and enjoy the day-to-day, Essential is enough. If you'd rather forget the property exists (in the best way), choose Hands-Off. We'll advise honestly on the call.
