The Golden Visa grants 5-year residence permits to non-EU citizens who invest in Greek real estate. As of 2024, the minimum investment threshold is €800,000 in Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, and most Cycladic islands; €400,000 in the rest of the country.
