What we need from you.

  • Property documents (title deed and energy certificate).
  • Photos — at minimum 8, well-lit, landscape orientation preferred.
  • Pricing — we’ll suggest market rates based on neighbourhood comps.
  • Management agreement — signed digitally before going live.
